Your Audience Awaits…
As a teacher and singer I know all too well about performance nerves. Expressing myself with friends or colleagues in a usual context is fine but the moment there’s an audience, a stage, a microphone, a Powerpoint slide or a room full of eyes it’s easy to turn to jelly.
If you’re suffering from performance anxiety, there are ways to reduce and manage these feelings.
In my work as a life coach and hypnotherapist, I find that clients often experience performance anxiety alongside other issues. I work specifically with the symptoms of performance nerves while exploring underlying issues which may trigger this response.
My success stories include giving healthy coping mechanisms to social anxiety sufferers, helped executives with high pressure presentations, taught young musicians to overcome stage fright, supported workers nervous about their day-to-day performance in new job roles and helped countless people find the courage to have key conversations for change.
