What is an anxiety therapist?
Anxiety coaching is designed to help you find calm, confidence and re-connection with the things that matter to you. It’s a 1-to-1 approach that supports you in moving away from debilitating, uncomfortable physical symptoms and towards feeling able to cope.
We work together, using cutting edge approaches from coaching, NLP, hypnosis or visualisation, EFT, Mindfulness, meditation and CBT counseling to will explore your unique response to triggers and reprogram the mind both consciously, energetically and unconsciously to help you achieve the calm and coping skills you need.
I have worked extensively with anxiety for the past 5 years as a therapist and helped people with anxiety around health, social anxiety, fears and phobias, self consciousness about appearance and much more.
There are many approaches we can take to support you to reduce and manage your anxiety better so it doesn’t take over!

“Steph is very good at getting the balance right between listening and taking action. Sometimes it’s just a little challenge in your perceptions that get you thinking straight again, other times it’s useful exercises. I really like Steph’s passion and how she’s able to explain the theory behind the body and mind. Fascinating stuff!”
